A letter from a village was sent to Special Mission Task Team and Ukyou (Yutaka Mizutani) started investigating. There was a painting sent with the letter from the village, Mazukari-mura.
Meanwhile in the National Police Agency, Takeru Kanbe (Mitsuhiro Oikawa) of Security Planning Division was called by Onoda (Ittoku Kishibe), the chief of Scretariat. Takeru was ordered to sneak into Special Mission Task Team to find out whether Ukyou is necessary and a useful man for police or not.
In the painting which Ukyou received, a woman Sadako (Yoshie Otsuka) is bleeding from the neck and dead in a cabin and also a man Shunpei (Gin Maeda) has a knife in his hand.
The one who drew this painting was Kouichi (Kyousuke Yabe). According to her sister, Kouichi only draws what he has seen. He memorizes what he has seen in a flash moment and can draw it exact the same. Has this murder really happened?
