Q1-1 How to confirm the order

Please call the respective number for each item with your “name”, “phone number”, “ordered product name” and “confirmation number” ready.

Q1-2 How to change the order

Please call the respective number for each item for change of product, quantity, delivery address and credit/debit card.

Q1-3 How to cancel

Please call the respective number for each item to cancel. We handle it within 30 days. As a general rule, we accept cancellations only before delivery arrangement. After delivery arrangement, it is handled as a return. Please access here for details.

In addition, we cannot accept cancellations for the following products

  • After delivery arranged
  • Products direct from the orchard
  • Products which are made or build to order manufacturing
  • Limitd amount products

You can request a specific delivery date for some products with extra cost. Please ask our operator when you order.

Q3-4  Can my order be received by someone else?

Yes, it is possible if it is received at shipping address. Please let our operator know when you place an order.

Q3-5 What happens to my package if I was not home for a long period of time?

Your package will be kept for a certain period of time based on the rule of each delivery company. After the period, your package will be treated as returned goods. In that case your order will be canceled automatically. The revival of the order after the cancellation cannot be possible. Please order again. In that case, please note that the product might be sold out, free gift might be out or time-limited offer might be over.
