If you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call. We will process your cancellation within 30 days from the date you notify us. As a general rule, we accept cancellations of orders before delivery arrangement. If it is already shipped, you may need to return it to us. Please see here for details.

Each product has a limited time for returns and exchanges. In addition, there is a case that return/change is not acceptable except defective item. Please see product detail page for more information. We treat our shipments carefully, however, please check for any damage or discrepancies use when you receive your order. If you receive a defective item, please call us within a designated period with the following information.

We cannot accept any used items. Your unused item may be returned or exchanged. Please call us before using if you have any questions or concerns about instruction or product specification. Please note that it will not be eligible for a return or an exchange after the designated period. We cannot accept return or exchange following items except a defective item or incorrect shipment.

• Return/exchange for defective products, incorrect shipments or damage during delivery・・・paid by UTB. However, customers may pay the shipping fee and we will refund the amount later.
• Return/exchange for ohter customers’ reasons・・・paid by customer

Refunds will be issued about 30 days after we receive a return product from a credit company. Refunds may not be reflected on your credit company bill until next billing cycle.
